A Charlotte native with over 23 years of experience in real estate, Jim oversees the overall strategy and vision of the company, while also working with most of our seller clients and leading our Luxury Division. Jim has a passion for teaching and mentoring other agents, and is currently pursuing accreditation as a Keller Williams University faculty member and teaching around the country at other Keller Williams offices. When Jim isn’t working, you’ll find him snow skiing, hiking, playing golf, spending time with Beth and their three children and two grandchildren, and checking out great new restaurants in the Charlotte area.

Beth joined Jim in the real estate business after raising their children, spending several years in the banking industry, and coaching middle school and high school girls’ basketball. Beth’s area of focus is working with many of our buyer clients. A former standout on the Wake Forest University Women’s Basketball team, Beth was recently inducted into the Indiana Basketball Hall of Fame. When Beth isn’t working, you can find her coaching CrossFit, hiking, traveling, playing golf, spending time with her family, and going to great Charlotte restaurants with Jim.

Jack is a dedicated real estate professional based in Charlotte, North Carolina, with a strong knowledge of the local market. A recent graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, he combines his background in business and communication to assist both buyers and sellers in the area. Jack is committed to providing personalized service and expert guidance, ensuring smooth and successful transactions for his clients.

Outside of real estate, Jack enjoys sports and staying active, bringing a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit to everything he does.

Clifford is one of our Administrative Assistants based in the Philippines. A Magna Cum Laude graduate with a major in Marketing Management, his dedication and knowledge shine through in his work. Outside the office, he's a bookworm, foodie, and movie enthusiast. A valuable team member, he keeps things running smoothly with a touch of humility and a friendly demeanor.

Allie brings over a decade of professional experience in crafting impactful marketing strategies, but her passion for branding began long before her career. Even as a child, she was drawn to the art of communication, collecting eye-catching advertisements and thought-provoking promotional items—proof that marketing has always been in her DNA.

Allie lives in Charlotte, NC, with her husband, Tyler Kohlbusch, and their three children.

Staci has been in the real estate business for 10 years and is CEO of Closing Ninjas. She steps in to serve our clients once they go under contract on the purchase or sale of their home, coordinating every last detail with a smile to bring everyone to a smooth closing. Staci loves spending time with friends and her dog, Tootie!
